At the listed fast food giant’s virtual stockholders’ meeting on Friday, Jollibee President and Chief Executive Officer Ernesto Tanmantiong noted that sales were improving in the United States, China, Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong and Brunei Darussalam.

Jollibee stores in the Philippines have also seen “significant improvements” in sales after dine-ins were allowed at 50- to 75-percent capacity. “The Covid-19 pandemic has significantly disrupted our business and our lives, but [Jollibee] is adapting very quickly and decisively, as I have reported to you,” he told stockholders. “I am confident as ever about the bright future of our company.”
