We are here to partner with you as a symbol and a gesture of friendship to send a message that we are together on this,” he added. Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Martin Andanar thanked Israel for the help and support it provided communities ravaged by Typhoon Odette., the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said Friday.

A total of 343 cities and municipalities were placed under a state of calamity due to the impact of Odette.
