Watch more in iWant or TFC.tv MANILA -- Worries over inflation are "very very minimal," an analyst said Tuesday, notwithstanding fresh tensions between the US and Iran.
Inflation could slow to below 2 percent in the third quarter, averaging at 2.7 percent for the entire year, Standard Chartered Asia economist Chidu Narayanan told ANC. "At this point in time, we think that the worries on inflation is still very, very minimal even if oil goes up to $80 a barrel, it should still be fairly comfortable," Narayanan said.
