ROTC does not mean active enlistment to the army, obviously di mo inalam ang acronyms ng ROTC. Kung mahal mo talaga ang Pilipinas, imee, kumbinsihin mo ang kuya't nanay mo na ibalik lahat ng ninakaw ng pamilya mo, tapos magexile kayo paalis ng pinas.

Sen Imee, hindi ibig sabihin na kapag may mandatory ROTC ay sasapi na sila sa militar. Ang ROTC cadets ay hindi lumalaban sa giyera laban komunista. Pagka graduate nila ay meron silang option kung saan sila magta-trabaho. Ang ROTC ay training lang.
