An alleged illegal recruiter who victimized three applicants by offering them seafarer jobs in exchange for P150,000 each was arrested in an entrapment operation in Lumban town on Tuesday, Jan. 24.

LAGUNA —

Police Major Ruffy Taduyo, chief of Lumban police, said that three victims filed complaints against the suspect for recruiting them as seafarers in exchange for P150,000 each.
