Paliwanag ni Bichara, sanay na ang mga taga-Albay sa mga bagyo. Sa katunayan aniya ay tatlong bagyo ang pinagdaanan nila habang nasa gitna ng pandemya.
Itinaas na ng mga mangingisda ang kanilang mga bangka pero may ilan na sumubok pa rin manghuli ng isda gamit ang lambat.
