ICYMI: IATF told to ditch motorbike barrier rule for backriding couples, safety issues raised

Revilla issued the call after Joint Task Force COVID Shield chief Police Lt. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar announced that the government isThe government’s task force on the coronavirus disease earlier allowed pillion rides for couples only starting July 10 as long as there are protective barriers installed on the motorcycle.

Can anyone explain to me why enforcing this nonsensical directive for couples will in ANY way reduce the spread of the virus? As they are couples they will live together, sleep together so what is the actual point? Am I missing something or are the IATF just total imbeciles?

I am reasonably confident that anyone who fits a homemade screen to their bike/scooter will find that this modification invalidates their motor insurance if they are involved in an accident. These screens are the dumbest idea I've ever seen, a risk to rider and passenger.

Any sane person can see in 2 seconds how stupid and dangerous it is. Not IATF though, who can only see millions of pesos on upcoming fines. Retards killed the economy first, now want more live cash for it.

? Are they kidding me ? What a protection should it be, or it is just to look stupid? You can used this latex suit. To feel more save. Toany morrons to earn money, with the scare of the human.
