Ian Sangalang has come a long way since recovering from hyperthyroidism over a year ago.The 6-foot-7 big man out of San Sebastián has fully recovered from an illness that kept him out of action for a big part of last season as evidenced by his explosive performance on Wednesday night.
'For me, what happened last season was a big challenge and there's a reason why that happened. But I'm thankful for the coaching staff for believing in me and for my teammates for helping me get back and stay positive everyday,' Sangalanf said after the game.
