The Chula Vista Police Department arrested the husband of missing Filipina May “Maya” Millete in California on Tuesday, Oct. 19.The CVPD identified the suspect as Larry Millete, 40, Maya’s husband, who was arrested in his home.
San Diego District Attorney Summer Stephen said that Maya had been trying to divorce her husband since 2020. He added that Maya’s last recorded call was made to a divorce attorney on Jan. 7.Maya, a 39-year-old mother of three children, was reported missing on Jan. 9 by her sister.
