'Heartbreaking': OPM artists react to One Music PH shutting down

MANILA — One Music PH, one of ABS-CBN's online music platforms, is shutting down, leaving its staff and writers out of a job in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It is understood that most of its staff will be among the many who will be laid off by ABS-CBN, again as an unfortunate result of the decision of lawmakers not to renew the network's franchise. Some of the musicians who have worked with One Music PH, including Maris Racal and a member of the band Mayonnaise, thanked those involved with the publication for helping them reach new audiences.
