Health officials probe 267 patients in PH for novel coronavirus

Just learned that DOHgov only sponsored test kits but quarantine & other hospital bills 4 affected & possible carriers of nCov R to be paid by the individual. There must B cases who prefer to self-quarantine & keep silent fearing hospital bills! Case s R likely than declared!

I hope the cases per province or town is also specified. It'll be more helpful.
