A graduate from Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc. - Bocaue topped the April 2023 Philippine Nurses Special Professional Licensure Examination, according to the Professional Regulation Commission .

Czarina Gerard Soriano Gomez was named topnotcher with a percentage rating of 86.00, the highest among 1,917 who successfully hurdled the exams that was administered in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates, al Ahmadi, Kuwait; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain and Singapore last April 2023.
