President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. believes that the government has made “some very serious progress” since he assumed the role of being the Department of Agriculture secretary.

But he added that the government has “been able to lessen that” although “there is still a very high inflation rate.”Marcos made the pronouncement even as there is currently a shortage of onions that is causing its price to surpass that of the meat, as well as a high inflation rate.
