is nothing out of the ordinary and consistent with the sub judice rule.

"Siguro yours is a very peculiar situation because the company is a party litigant and at the same is engaged in the business of reporting," she said. Solicitor General Jose Calida’s quo warranto petition alleged that the company had issued Philippine Depository Receipts to foreigners, the same issue raised against news website Rappler.

We keep hearing Accusations and seeing Actions from the Accuser. When is ABSCBN going to release statements supported by evidences? They have many supporters, they should reassure them of their stand. Guilty or not, the people deserve a honest trial.

The gag order can only limit executives to air their sentiments. But they cant stop the public from doing so. It will directly hit our right to express and freedom of speech. Same as the news it is a public interest and a press freedom.
