Four alleged “fixers” at the satellite office of the Land Transportation Office in Marikina City were arrested by police on Friday.
They were apprehended near the LTO-Marikina satellite office located on Ming Ramos Lane in Barangay Sto. Niño at around 11 a.m. “The personnel verified and validated their authority to transact as LTO agents but the suspects failed to present proof of identity,” police said.
