Ford Philippines has unveiled a new chat support service to further enhance the customer experience by leveraging on digital technologies to provide real-time assistance.
“One of our key priority areas this year is to enhance our customer-facing processes and systems to increase efficiency and agility in the way we operate. Click To Chat was introduced as we continue to recognize that convenience and getting real-time support and access to Ford is important for our customers,” shares Mike Breen, managing director, Ford Philippines.
