, one of the four military intelligence personnel killed by policemen in Jolo, Sulu on June 29, arrived at the Libingan mga Bayani from his hometown in San Pablo, Laguna on Tuesday for the last two days of his wake and subsequent burial.

As I have noted elsewhere, it seems to me that law enforcement and military are fast becoming home to gangster-like cliques and mobs. I can only attribute this criminal behavior to one thing: total lack of DISCIPLINE.
