According to Tagtag, Dela Cruz was arrested in Purok 7, Bakras, Bulanao Centro, in Tabuk City at around 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The operatives seized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing 3.0 grams of shabu valued at P20,400. Abero, a native of San Vicente, Ilocos Sur, was caught by the operatives after selling to poseur-buyer a heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing 0.5 grams of shabu valued at P3,400.00. On top of that the police also found another plastic sachet containing 0.4 grams of shabu valued at P2,720.00 in the suspect.
