Etihad Airways says it has made 'history.'

The UAE and Israel were due on Tuesday, October 20, to sign an agreement authorizing 28 weekly commercial flights between the countries, a transportation ministry official said.In Manama on Sunday, October 18, Israel and Bahrain signed a deal to establish relations, formalizing a deal agreed at the White House last month.

On Monday, the Emirati and Bahraini governments ratified the normalization agreements with Israel, according to the two countries' state news agencies.
