It took 3 challenging years of legal cases, deadlocks and compromise, and three prime ministers before the Brexit bill officially became law.

LONDON - As the clock ticked down and got closer to 11 p.m. on January 31, the time Britain was to leave the European Union, Filipinos and British-Filipinos in the United Kingdom weighed in on Brexit and its ripple effects on their business and personal lives.

British-Filipino Marlet Roffey joined the revelry, with singing and dancing at the Houses of Parliament Square. Thousands of Brexiters marched on Downing street and gathered for the countdown on the historic day the UK leaves the EU. “It’s a celebration of getting our country’s sovereignty back. We want proper border control. There are so many people flooding into this country,” said Frances Flanagan.

Paano kung sa atin nagmula yung virus, paano na yung mga half pinoy sa ibang bansa? Hindi natin gugustuhin na malait sila, daba? Alalay lang sa pedal. Not all chinese nationals got the virus. You are all ignorants about NCoV. The virus attacks only to weak immune system. Instead of discriminating them, prevent and fight the virus. Plus, prayers. I hope people will also understand that Chinese people didn't want, prayed and hoped for this. They are also suffering, stress about their families and hurt. We fear for our life and health but please, be human. Blaming game will never work.
