Ferdinand Guerrero , one of the individuals convicted for the illegal detention of TV host and actor Vhong Navarro in 2014, was transferred to the Bureau of Corrections on Friday."BuCor received today Ferdinand Guerrero ,” the agency said in a statement.BuCor said Guerrero, who surrendered to authorities on Thursday, was accompanied by his lawyers.
The court sentenced the four to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua or up to 40 years imprisonment.Raz and Cornejo were immediately committed following the promulgation, which they personally attended. Lee surrendered to the NBI hours after the promulgation.According to BuCor, Guerrero was received at the reception and diagnostic center of the New Bilibid Prison for initial interview and checkup.
