MANILA, Philippines — Fugitive pastor Apollo Quiboloy may lose his guns after the Firearms and Explosives Office recommended the revocation of his licenses to own and possess firearms.
The FEO also recommended the revocation of the gun license of one of Quiboloy’s co-accused, Ingrid Canada.Fajardo said the FEO cited a provision under Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition, which states that a person can lose his gun license and registration for facing charges punishable with imprisonment of more than two years.A court in Davao City also ordered Quiboloy’s arrest for child and sexual abuse.
