Pag sinabi mong milk, ang importanteng property dyan ay protina, so may corresponding amount ng protein dapat,” ani Dr. Lotis Francisco ng UP Department of Food Science and Nutrition.
Nang kuhanin ng ABS-CBN News ang panig ng Food and Drug Administration, natuklasan din na may tatlong brands ng skim milk powder na ibinebenta pero hindi naman talaga skim milk powder. Sinang-ayunan din ng FDA ang obserbasyon ng mga nagsasaliksik sa UP na walang impormasyong nakasulat sa balot ng produkto para malaman ng konsyumer na skim milk powder ang kanilang binibili.
