PAGASA said Tropical Depression Enteng will intensify into a storm hours before it is expected to the exit the monitoring area on Sunday afternoon. In its latest bulletin, the weather bureau said Enteng will"track generally northward throughout the forecast period and will remain far from the Philippine landmass."
PAGASA said the depression now packs sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour near the center from the previous 45 km/h and gustiness of up to 70 km/h from the earlier 55 km/h. It was last spotted at 420 kilometers east of Casiguran, Aurora provincePeople in Zambales, Bataan, Batangas, Mindoro Provinces, Romblon, and northern Palawan should also brace for rains, PAGASA said.
It will also be a rainy Sunday in Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Cavite, Mindoro provinces, Calamian Islands, and Kalayaan Islands, and occasionally over the rest of Luzon and Western Visayas.
Storm is made of steam i.e. water. Water gathers to electricity due to its polarity. Grounding electricity can disspate and weaken storm. Iron material directly on the ground can. The larger contact between ground and iron material, the more efficient. Iron plate may be the best.
