Enrollment extended until July 15: Palace COVID19Quarantine

MANILA-- The Department of Education has extended the enrollment for the upcoming school year until July 15, Malacañang announced Tuesday."Ang mabuting balita po, mga magulang, extended po ang enrollment until July 15," Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque said in a Palace press briefing.

"Huwag naman ho hayaan na matigil ang proseso ng edukasyon ng ating mga anak bagaman may COVID-19," he added. Some 15.9 million have enrolled so far, based on DepEd data as of Tuesday morning, slightly above half of the 27 million registered students during the previous year.More details to follow.
