Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri on Tuesday signed and released the arrest order against Kingdom of Jesus Christ ruler Apollo Quiboloy for his willful disobedience of a legislative committee.
In a two-page arrest order, Zubiri noted that Quiboloy merely sent his legal counsel to speak on his behalf without justifiable reason. “Pursuant to our duly published Rules Governing Inquiries in Aid of Legislation and the Rules of the Senate, it is ministerial for me to sign the order of arrest,” Zubiri said.
