Renewable energy leader Energy Development Corporation is one of the best companies to work for in Asia, according to a study conducted by HR Asia, the region’s leading and most authoritative publication for human resources professionals and talent management executives.

CORE or Collective Organization for Real Engagement evaluates company culture and ethics, leadership and organization, and activities involving employee wellness, learning and development, and self-actualization. Self, meanwhile, measures employee attitudes and behavior such as job ownership, belongingness and pride. Group analyzes collective consciousness, team workplace sentiment and team dynamics.
