In its 4 p.m. weather bulletin, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and ITCZ.

The wind speed forecast for northern Luzon is moderate moving northeast to east, while coastal water conditions will be moderate, ranging from 1.2 meters to 2.1 meters.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speeds moving east to northeast with slight to moderate coastal water conditions, with waves ranging from 0.6 meters to 2.1 meters high. Maximum temperature is 29.8°C at 2 p.m. and the minimum temperature is 25.4°C at 5 a.m., PAGASA said.Tags:
