“The President will summarize the effects of COVID-19 pandemic as well as the responses of the government, and the way forward, how the government will actually approach this problem,” he said. Despite being vulnerable to COVID-19, President Duterte is set to be physically present at Batasang Pambansa to deliver his fifth SONA.
