In his public address aired over state-run PTV-4 on Monday night, Duterte told those who refuse to get jabs to leave the country. "I'm just exasperated by Filipinos not heeding the government. E tutal dito wala tayong hangarin kundi kabutihan ng ating bayan ," Duterte said.
If the threat of arrest will scare at least 1 person to get jabbed, then threat would have been worth it! Life-saving!
