“We are doing it. Sila maraming mga sophisticated intelligence, gadgets. Tayo wala, mano-mano lang ito . But we are doing it,” Duterte said, adding that the government can handle rebels who are using stolen guns from the soldiers they killed, the terrorists, and the drug menace. “I am the most deliberate. Hindi mo pwedeng laruan ang Republika ng Pilipinas with a knee-jerk reaction. It’s always what is good for our country,” he said.
