PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte urged the Commission on Elections to investigate the alleged glitches that occurred in the last elections to put to rest allegations of cheating.He was particularly referring to problematic Vote Counting Machines on election day that delayed either the casting of votes in some precincts around the country or their transmission to the poll body's transparency server.
