President Duterte is not yet done unleashing his wrath on the Bureau of Customs (BOC) as he revealed that 100 more personnel will be facing the axe for alleged corrupt practices.

Duterte made the statement as he led the inauguration of the Candon City By-Pass Road in Candon, Ilocos Sur Thursday evening.

Early this month, Duterte revealed that 64 Customs officials and employees are relieved of their duties as they undergo investigation for corruption allegations. “The President has been forthright in telling these customs officials and employees that corruption has no place under his watch. He told them that consistent with due process, they will be given their day in court,” Panelo said.

Duterte also reiterated that charges will be filed against the alleged erring BOC personnel if they will not turn in their resignation. They are also free to question his decision.
