Duterte admits the government is 'out of money' as he heeds the call of doctors to implement longer lockdown measures

President Rodrigo Duterte admitted during his speech on Monday the government is “out of money” as he too heeds the call of doctors to implement longer lockdown measures to effectively curb the spread of COVID-19 in the country.

'Yung pera panggastos, wala na ako niyan," the President said.

Duterte added he is supporting the medical community’s call for longer lockdown period in the country because he wants to prevent further contamination of individuals of COVID-19. "We understand that imposing ECQ is a complex decision... health may just be one dimension especially for the economic expert, but remember that we need healthy people to reinvigorate our economy," said Dr. Maricar Limpin, the group's vice president.

Ang problema kasi kahit naka MECQ. Ang dami pa din tao sa labas.

People who makes negative comments here has never run a government , nor a company .

Sample! Sample! Fire them all NOW! Pronto! Joke!

At this point, with another record day yesterday, do we know if it’s working or not? Will being in GCQ or MECQ matter? That’s the main debate and one that needs a strategy, that sadly, we don’t have or at least been made readily available to the public.

The people are left to our own devices then.... Ingat kapag kailangang-kailangang lumabas. Kung hindi naman bahay na lang muna. Wala naman tayong pupuntahan.

Can the government, then, release a proper breakdown of expenses? You can't just always say that

Break breakdown!

Now the covid19 capital in Asia, the Philippines will continue to suffer with covid deaths under invompetent and corrupt Duterte. It's high time for Filipinos to dismantle his corrupt regime and cronies who steal the peoples' money even at the height of the pandemic!

Puro kuwento mag resign nlang kayo!🐢

🦔

Nakakataka. Laki ng mga loans. Walang report kung saan ginastos. Conclusion agad.

Now you know

They meant to say the Government is running our funds to put in their pockets

Here are are a few suggestions. 1. People who can WFH continue to WFH. 2. Companies with employees that can’t WFH should run a 24x7 shift. The goal is to limit the number of people in the workplace. 👇👇👇

We do need healthy people to reboot the economy but what good is it if those healthy people can’t eat? We don’t say this when 10x the number of people die of heart disease, cancer or pneumonia every day? Unfortunately people in the PH are inherently unhealthy 😢
