Health Secretary Francisco Duque answers questions during a committee hearing on the government’s preparedness on the 2019-nCoV outbreak, held at the Philippine Senate on Tuesday.

Senators questioned the slow tracing of passengers of flights taken of the 2 patients tested positive from 2019-nCoV. Around 17 percent of more than 300 passengers have been contacted, according to DOH.
