The Department of Trade and Industry-Bureau of Philippine Standards has created a technical committee on Filipino dishes that will develop Philippine National Standards when it comes to cookingThe DTI said in a press statement that the committee began setting the standards for cooking adobo in May, referring mainly tofor their guide on how to prepare and cook the Filipino dish.

Total waste of time & resources. Who would be your expert consultants? kusineros, chefs? LOL. Whatever standard adobo you come up with, it would only be the version of your consultants. The rest of the nation will go on cooking their own version. Even restos will not adopt it.
