Lucero said that the list would be used for the P5,000 financial assistance for typhoon-stricken families who were in crisis. She also said that the Department of Budget and Management had also downloaded financial assistance to the Department of Interior and Local Government , through the different LGUs in typhoon Odette-affected provinces.
