Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar disclosed that the ongoing construction of off-site dormitories at the Quezon City Memorial Circle “is moving forward” and “will be completed at the end of June 2020.”
According to Undersecretary Emil Sadain, “it is possible that the ongoing construction will be finished by end of June” as works have been fast tracked to complete the project that started in mid-May.
