The Department of Health reported another 110 COVID-related deaths on Friday, which raises the death count to 23,385. | cgonzalesINQ

The DOH said the fatalities account for 1.74 percent of all the 1,346,276 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country since the pandemic began.Of the overall count, 61,776 remain active cases, of which 1.7 percent are severe and 1.2 percent are critical that are at higher risk for death.

Meanwhile, 95.9 percent of the active cases are either mild or asymptomatic, while the remaining 1.22 percent are moderate cases.
