The Department of Information and Communications Technology said that it may start issuing coronavirus vaccine certificates to vaccinated individuals by next month.DICT Undersecretary Emmanuel Rey Caintic said the agency is now only waiting for local government units to complete their submission of vaccine recipients’ information in the verification database system.

A grievance mechanism will also be set up for individuals whose vaccine certificate are not yet available. A vaccinated individual has to present their vaccination card to the LGU where they got inoculated so that their information will be uploaded in the database.
