DICT Secretary Gregorio Honasan II stressed the need to enable students to access educational platforms for learning purposes.

Teachers have more than enough from extorting parents non-stop for every little thing, pocketing most. Shut up and get back to teaching English for once.

You can't get good signal, even if you paid. How'd you expect it from free? Sorry, that DepEd's suggestion is flaccid, DICT. Buti pa POGO, they can't be operating if their signal is bad, can they?
