“With additional protection for our stakeholders, we can further implement our safe-return-to-schools initiatives while helping our economy recover,” she added. Citing Department of Health Circular No. 2021-0483 or the Interim Operational Guidelines on the COVID-19 Vaccination of the Rest of the Pediatric Population Ages 12-17 Years Old, DepEd said ROPP ages 12-17 years old are allowed to receive COVID-19 vaccines starting last quarter of 2021.
