DIGOS CITY — The family of Davao del Sur Governor Douglas Cagas has denied information circulating in social media that the provincial chief executive died on Thursday.
Dr. Frimm Sally Cagas-Baña, a niece of the governor, posted on social media that he is currently confined in a hospital in Digos City.“Now it is clear that the governor is gaining back his normal senses,” said Digos City Mayor Josef Cagas, a nephew of the governor.
