In a Facebook post, TESDA said, Cruz also emphasized a decentralization of TESDA functions towards the agency’s Regional, Provincial and District offices, and that to maintain public trust, all TESDA transactions must be transparent. “DG Cruz also said that a more united brand of public service must be demonstrated at all levels of the organization,” read the post.
