The Commission on Elections said Saturday the 4.2 million individuals delisted from the poll body’s list of voters could apply for reactivation to be able to participate in the May 2025 midterm elections.

“Meron po tayong ongoing registration, puwede po sila magpa-reactivate ,” he said in a radio interview.
