MANILA -- The Commission on Higher Education said colleges and universities should talk with their students in planning for the next academic year. Watch more in iWant or TFC.

tv CHED Chairman Prospero De Vera advised administrators of higher education institutions to consult students and find out their concerns and limitations.

"'Yong inyong concerns, limitasyon, dapat pinaparating niyo 'yan sa pamantasan para makadisenyo sila, kasi iba-iba ang kalagayan ng pamantasan," he added. Flexible learning combines online learning with traditional learning and other offline methods such as take-home readings and activities. "Ang online hindi para sa lahat kasi may mga lugar at may mga estudyante na hindi kaya mag-online so ang gagamitin ng pamantasan sa kanila 'yong iba pang paraan," he said.
