Cloudy, rainy in some Luzon areas due to shear line, 'amihan' READ:

Cloudy skies and some rains caused by the shear line and northeast monsoon may continue to affect parts of Luzon in the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said on Wednesday, Feb. 16.

PAGASA advised those in areas affected by the shear line to stay vigilant against possible flash floods or landslides due to the occurrence of moderate to at times heavy rains. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light amihan rains may prevail over Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, and the rest of Central Luzon.
