As the public service program 'CIA with BA' aired its Mother's Day special episode on May 12, hosts Alan Peter Cayetano, Pia Cayetano, and Boy Abunda reflected on the invaluable lessons imparted by their mothers.

“For me that’s the most important lesson I have sa sarili kong nanay and gusto kong gawin din sa mga anak ko na feel nila na kapag may kailangan sila, nandyan ako para sa kanila, and habang buhay ‘yon kahit na malalaki na ‘yung mga anak ko,” she added. "Tuwing nagsasalita ako, hindi ko talaga nakakalimutan 'yan kasi nung bata ako madalas akong sumali sa mga declamation contest, oratorical contest, lahat spelling bees. Ang lakas-lakas ng loob ko dahil parating sinasabi ng nanay na even before a contest begins, 'You are my winner,'" Boy continued.
