The summit offered an opportunity for leaders of higher education institutions to strengthen existing partnerships and forge new ones as they collectively address the issues and concerns of the Philippine education system.Discussions on 'USAP: Access, Quality, and Competitiveness at the Core of Higher Education Reforms in the Philippines' were held, and issues concerning college learning or higher education were clarified.
