The headquarters of the Police Regional Office 3 - Central Luzon was placed on lockdown on Saturday evening, August 1, after 18 policemen and a civilian tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.
The results of their RT-PCR which confirmed they were positive for the coronavirus were released on August 1. Most of them were asymptomatic, or did not show symptoms of the COVID-19.
